However, there’s no one “recipe” as far as vitamins and minerals go; therefore, you’ll need to find the one that works best for you. By visiting your local healthy foods grocer, you can find some supplement packages and test them out. (And most health food stores also have a library section so you can read up on the supplements before buying them.)
